From March to April every year, Portugal hosts the Hot Air Balloon Transcrossing. Teams from different continents take part in the event. However, tourists can enjoy a hot air balloon ride any time they like as there are several companies in the country that offer the service for a fee. It is one activity that every visitor should get to experience while in Portugal.
